Where did the name Lillian Lottie Couture come from?
When Jenny Pinto and Meghan Lawlor were developing names for the store, they asked each other, "Who are the most important people in our lives?". They both said, "Our maternal grandmothers". From there on, the name was born. Lillian Lottie Couture is named after Lillian Zang and Lottie Lederberger. Lillian Lottie Couture is a dedication to two wonderful women who raised us to be the people we are today.
Is there a fee for an appointment?
All appointments are complimentary. Refreshments and service is also free of charge.
We also offer an ultra-service of “bridal parties” for all upon request. This free service involves an appointment after hours. We will close the store and give each party total access for the bride and her entourage. Limousine service and full service catering is also available for a fee.
Is there a time limit per appointment?
There is no time limit on any appointment.

Is there a fee for custom options or design?
All retailed gowns are handmade upon order. There is no stock just sitting and waiting to be shipped. As a result, if a bride falls in love with a gown and wants to make a change and alter an existing design (ex: changing a full skirt to a mermaid, changing a strapless gown to sleeved, etc) it can be done. There is usually a patternchange charge. The fee varies by designer.
There is no charge for a design consultation on any gown, existing design or complete custom order.
Which forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted, including MASTERCARD/VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER CARD. We also accept cash, personal check, and money order.
Do we have payment plans?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of purchase. The remaining balance can be implimented in one of our many payment plans, so every bride can get get the dress of her dreams.
What is our price point?
Our bridal gowns start at $850, are handmade upon order and 100% silk. Our Bridal Party dresses start at $140.
Lillian Lottie Couture offer a couture experience at a mid-level price point.
Can I take pictures?
We allow and recommend all clients take pictures of their gown and experience in our store.
How far in advance should I order my attire?
All gowns are handmade by the designer upon order, therefore gowns (existing design, partial custom, and custom orders) should be ordered a minimum of 6 months before your wedding. Depending on the designer, the gown will take about 12 weeks to arrive to the store. The bride must also allow 1-2 months for alterations.
All accessories are ready for purchase.
Custom accessory orders should be placed after the gown purchase. If ordering a custom design, please allow 4-6 weeks per delivery.
Do I have to purchase all my attire at Lillian Lottie Couture?
Although we do offer every aspect of your wedding attire, you are not limited to purchase everything here. If you have purchased your gown at another retailer, you are welcome to bring it here to style the rest of your attire, including your accessories.
Do we offer alterations?
We do have an alterations specialist for any bride. Even if you have not purchased your gown at Lillian Lottie Couture, you are welcome to make an alteration appointment.
Do we have different sizes?
We only have samples in our store. These gowns are larger sizes to accomodate many body types. When gowns are tried on, they are fit to your body. Upon selection, your gown will be ordered according to your measurements and will be cut and handmade to your specifications.
